How to Use EasyRankPro
Nine reports, in the order you'll upload them. Click any one to see exactly where to download it in Seller Central. You don't need all nine — start with #1, add more as you get them.
Important: for accurate profit and TACoS numbers, download all your reports for the same date range (e.g. all for June, or all for the same quarter). Mixing periods will give misleading totals.
1
Business Report
Powers: Sales, Units, Sessions, Conversion Rate
What it does in the tool: This is the core report — it's the base for every ASIN row in your dashboard.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Reports → Business Reports → By ASIN → Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item.
Steps: Set your date range → click Download → upload the CSV to slot 1.
2
Sponsored Products (PPC) Report
Powers: PPC Spend, TACoS, ACOS, Ads Working/Wasting label
What it does in the tool: Shows how much you spend on ads per ASIN, and whether that spend is paying off.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Advertising → Campaign Manager → Measurement & Reporting → Create report → Sponsored Products → Advertised product report.
Columns to select: Dimensions: Advertised product, Advertised product SKU, Campaign name. Metrics: Impressions, Clicks, Costs, Purchases.
Steps: Set date range → Generate report → wait for it to finish → Download → upload to slot 2.
3
All Orders Report
Powers: Order-level validation
What it does in the tool: Order-level detail used as a cross-check and to filter out cancelled orders.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders.
Steps: Set date range → Request Report → Download → upload to slot 3.
4
FBA Customer Returns
Powers: Return Rate %, return reasons
What it does in the tool: Flags products with unusually high returns, and shows why customers are sending items back.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Reports → Fulfillment → FBA → Customer Returns.
Steps: Set date range → Request Report → Download → upload to slot 4.
5
Search Query Performance (SQP)
Powers: Keyword Funnel — your keyword performance
What it does in the tool: Shows which keywords drive your purchases, and your purchase share vs. the total market.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Menu → Brands → Brand Analytics → Search Analytics → Search Query Performance.
Steps: Choose Comprehensive view (not Simple) → set the date range → Generate Download → wait for it in Download Manager → upload to slot 5.
6
Top Search Terms
Powers: Keyword Funnel — top 3 competitor ASINs
What it does in the tool: Shows the top 3 most-clicked products (yours or competitors') for each search term.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Menu → Brands → Brand Analytics → Search Analytics → Top Search Terms.
Steps: Set date range → Download → upload to slot 6.
7
Search Catalogue Performance
Powers: Optional cross-check on search visibility
What it does in the tool: ASIN-level search visibility across all keywords — an optional secondary check, not required.
Where to find it: Seller Central → Menu → Brands → Brand Analytics → Search Analytics → Search Catalogue Performance.
Steps: Set date range → Download → upload to slot 7.
8
Product Catalog (ASIN / EAN / SKU / Parent SKU)
Powers: Correct parent-child grouping, shows zero-sales products too
What it does in the tool: Ensures every product in your catalog shows up — even ones with zero sales — and that variations are grouped under the correct parent.
Where to find it: Your own internal listing sheet, or Seller Central → Reports → Inventory → All Listings Report.
Format needed: An Excel file with two sheets — "Child SKU" (seller-sku, asin1, product-id/EAN, and a column linking each child to its parent SKU) and "Parent SKU" (Parent SKU, ASIN).
Steps: Export/prepare the sheet → upload to slot 8 (accepts .xlsx).
9
Sellerboard Export
Powers: Real Profit, Margin, and ROI (instead of estimates)
What it does in the tool: Gives EasyRankPro your real Amazon Fees and Cost of Goods per ASIN, so Profit/Margin/ROI are calculated with real numbers instead of estimates.
Where to find it: In Sellerboard → Dashboard → Products (grouped by ASIN) → set the same date range as your other reports → Export → Excel.
Steps: Export → upload to slot 9. Make sure the date range matches your Business Report — mismatched periods will give misleading profit numbers.
